Leveraging long-standing business relationships, G8 Capital continues to be one of the most active buyers of bulk single-family REO portfolios from banks and government agencies. The firm has completed more than 30 bulk REO portfolio acquisitions since 2008.

Although G8 Capital has successfully repaired and sold the large majority of REOs acquired, the firm has begun holding single-family properties in a growing rental portfolio.
